We do not charge for our quotes. Contact us to book in your site meeting. 

It's almost impossible to specify a ballpark cost for landscape construction as there are many factors that determine costs. These include (but are not limited to):

- scope of works

- access/site restrictions

- material selection 

etc.

Hiring a licensed landscaping contractor helps protect you and your property and comes with a lot less risks than hiring an unlicensed contractor. 

Here at Modern Landscape Creations we are fully licensed (LIC #83392S) and generate landscapes that are of the highest quality, so you can relax knowing your outdoor space in great hands! 

Yes, for all contracted works above the value of $20,000+GST, we shall activate a HBCF policy (Home Building Compensation Fund) as required by NSW government legislation. (this is a standard across the Sydney landscaping industry)

The value of this policy equates to approximately 1% of the contract price. We can provide an accurate policy price upon acceptance of our quotation. 

This cost is in addition to the works contract price and will be included on the final completion of works invoice. A certificate of the policy shall be forwarded to the client prior to commencement of works.

Prior to commencing any landscape construction, we will meet you onsite to discuss your project so that we can get a complete understanding of what you're after.

You don't need anything prepared, however, it is extremely helpful to know what you like and don't like prior to the meeting so that we can be sure to generate a landscape design that exceeds your expectations.

Yes we require a 10% desposit upon acceptance of a quote. This is standard practice within the Sydney landscaping industry and helps to secure your project in our busy schedule!

As a respected Sydney landscaper, we often undertake large projects at the beloved Taronga Zoo - we've updated the Giraffe enclosure entry gates, installed a pergola for the Bongo and built a new roofs over exihibit walkways - stay tuned for what's coming next!

Before your project commences, we will invoice you for 10% of the total amount - this will help us to cover initial material costs, etc.

As the project progresses, we will invoice you in stages and upon completion you'll receive the final invoice. All invoices must be paid promptly upon receipt. This is standard procecure across the Sydney landscaping industry.
